Awarded in 1989, the Sheraton Hotels & Towers project was envisioned as a multi-storied five-star hotel building comprising four basements and nine upper stories. The scope of work included complete electrification, plumbing, air-conditioning, and installation of both passenger and cargo lifts, with the entire structure designed as R.C.C. frame work construction.
However, due to litigation between the owner and the Government of Pakistan, the project was halted before completion. Despite this, Dascon Construction successfully completed the raft foundation and four basement levels, marking a significant achievement in such a complex high-rise project.
