Al-Qadir University – Sohawa is an educational landmark, designed to provide world-class academic and research facilities. The project began in April 2019 and was successfully completed in June 2021, covering a total area of 101.5 Kanal with a built-up area of 141,000 sq. ft.
The scope of works included grey structure, finishing, and enabling works, along with RCC piling before excavation. Complete MEP works were executed — from sourcing and procurement to installation and testing — ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
